CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
- You have the option to modify your decision and request the cancellation of an order placed on our website within 15 days of product receipt, and no specific reason is required. To initiate a cancellation, you simply need to communicate your intent clearly.

- In the event of order cancellation, it is essential to return the products to us within 5 days. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

- You will get a full refund for the products you bought, except for delivery costs. But, if you opened the sealed packaging and it’s not for hygiene reasons, we might subtract some money from your refund. If you handle the products more than you would in a physical shop, we may charge you.
